RESIDENTIAL LOAD MANAGEMENT

In addition to answering incoming customer calls, A-TEC Energy personnel coordinate and oversee the installation of new load control devices, handle service calls for any number of current program participants, notify program contractors when events will occur and perform various customer service related tasks. A-TEC Energy also performs all program-related data management tasks including data entry of new program participants, contacting of customers moving into (and out of) homes with existing devices and incentive payments to participating customers.
